Target Audience and Fit Specs
Target Audience
The Aspire XD1 Women's Tall +1" Set is designed specifically for women who are 5'8" and above. It offers a tailored fit for adult female players needing extra length. In contrast, the Aspire XD1 Teen Complete Golf Club Set is engineered for players aged 13–16, typically between 5'1" and 5'6". This set balances weight and swing speed for teen strength and control. The distinction is clear: one set serves adult women requiring taller specifications, while the other targets younger golfers with developmental needs. You should choose based on the player's age and height requirements to ensure proper ergonomics.
Size and Length
The Women's Tall +1" Set provides a specific size option labeled as Right Hand Tall Size +1", indicating clubs are one inch longer than standard regular sizes. This accommodates players who need additional reach. The Teen Complete Set is listed simply as Right Hand size, tailored for the 5'1"–5'6" height range. It does not specify a length adjustment like +1". The women's set offers explicit length customization for taller frames, whereas the teen set focuses on general youth sizing. If you are over 5'8", the women's set provides the necessary extension. For younger players, the teen set offers appropriate proportions.
Shaft Material
Both sets utilize graphite shafts to reduce weight and minimize fatigue. The Women's Tall +1" Set features ultra-light 100% graphite shafts across the woods and likely the rest of the set, promoting smoother swings for adult women. The Teen Complete Set also uses 100% graphite shafts on the woods to maximize swing speed. However, it specifies True Temper steel shafts on the irons (7–PW) for precision and stability. This hybrid approach gives teens better control on short shots. The women's set appears to offer consistent graphite flexibility throughout, which may be preferable for slower swing speeds.
Included Bag
Both sets include a stand bag as part of the complete package. The Women's Tall +1" Set comes with a standard stand bag that holds the driver, fairway wood, hybrid, irons, putter, and three headcovers. The Teen Complete Set includes a deluxe stand bag, which may offer slightly more premium features or storage. Both configurations ensure you have a convenient way to carry your clubs. The difference in bag quality is not explicitly detailed in the specs, but both provide the essential utility for walking the course. You get a functional bag with either choice, supporting easy transport during play.
Hand Orientation
The Women's Tall +1" Set is available exclusively in Right Hand orientation. This limits options for left-handed players. The Teen Complete Set offers both Right Hand and Left Hand options, providing flexibility for left-handed teens. If you are left-handed, the teen set is the only viable choice from these two specific listings. The women's set does not list a left-handed variation in its options. For right-handed players, this aspect is neutral. However, the availability of left-handed grips and configurations in the teen set makes it more inclusive for that specific demographic.
Which Aspire XD1 Set Fits You

Teenagers aged 13-16 needing balanced clubs
Designed for players aged 13-16 and heights between 5'1" and 5'6", this set matches teen strength and speed. It features graphite shafts on woods for distance and steel irons for stability. The black color and right-hand orientation fit standard preferences. The included deluxe stand bag holds all necessary gear for practice or play.
Players wanting steel iron precision
While the women's set uses stainless steel throughout, the teen set pairs graphite woods with True Temper steel irons. This combination offers precision and consistent ball striking.
