How to choose the right one
-
Check hand orientation
You must ensure the clubs match your dominant hand. All listed Orlimar sets are designed for right-handed players. If you are left-handed, these specific models will not work for your game. Verify this detail before purchasing to avoid returning the entire set. The product data confirms right-hand orientation for the Escape HL, Allante, and Stratos options. This is a critical fit check for any golfer.
-
Review shaft material
Graphite shafts are standard for these women's sets. They are lighter than steel, which helps generate clubhead speed. The Escape HL and Stratos both use graphite for easier launching. This material reduces vibration and fatigue during your swing. Check the specifications to confirm the material. Lighter shafts generally assist players seeking more distance and forgiveness from various lies on the course.
-
Select proper size
Size determines reach and swing mechanics. The Escape HL and Stratos are Ladies Standard size. The Allante is listed as Regular Size. Choose Ladies Standard if you need shorter clubs. Regular size may suit taller players. Verify the size label in the specs. Using the wrong length affects your posture and contact. Match the size to your height for consistent ball striking and comfort throughout your round.
-
Verify included bag
Some sets include a bag while others do not. The Allante Pink Women's Full Set comes with a cart bag. This is ideal for beginners needing a complete package. The Escape HL and Stratos are iron or hybrid sets without a bag. You may need to buy a bag separately for those options. Check the product description for bag inclusion. This affects your total setup and carrying capacity.
-
Assess forgiveness needs
Forgiveness helps on off-center hits. The Escape HL features a cavity back design for maximum stability. This suits players seeking consistency from difficult lies. The Allante also offers forgiveness for beginners. The Stratos hybrid-iron set aids in getting the ball airborne. Match the design to your skill level. Cavity backs and lightweight shafts generally provide better error tolerance for higher handicaps.
