How these sets compare to XR
Callaway XR Complete Set 26
This Callaway XR Complete Set 26 swaps the graphite shafts of the original for steel. It is heavier at 18 pounds compared to the 15-pound XR +1 set. The driver features a 460cc titanium head for stability. You get a full 13-piece inventory in a standard regular size. This option suits right-handed players who prefer the feedback and control of steel shafts. It lacks the extra distance from the +1 inch length of the original. Choose this if you value durability and traditional feel over lightweight speed.
Callaway Paradym AI Smoke Iron Set
The Callaway Paradym AI Smoke Iron Set targets left-handed golfers specifically. It uses lightweight graphite shafts, which differ from the mixed setup of the original. The iron length is 42 inches, which is standard rather than the +1 inch extension. This set focuses on advanced face technology for distance. It is not a complete bag set like the original 13-piece package. You get specialized irons rather than a full course coverage solution. Pick this if you are a left-handed player seeking modern iron performance and do not need a full set of woods or putters.
Callaway REVA Women's 8-Piece Set
The Callaway REVA Women's 8-Piece Set is designed for shorter women golfers. It weighs only 10 pounds, significantly lighter than the 15-pound original. The set includes just eight clubs, reducing complexity compared to the 13-piece inventory. It features forgiving irons tailored for easier launch. The clubs are standard length but optimized for shorter stature. This is a streamlined option for players who want a ready-to-play setup without extra clubs. Choose this if you prioritize a lighter, simpler bag over the comprehensive coverage of the original set.
TaylorMade RBZ Speedlite 2 11-Piece Set
The TaylorMade RBZ Speedlite 2 11-Piece Set offers a different brand experience. It weighs just 1 pound, making it extremely lightweight compared to the 15-pound Callaway. This set uses graphite shafts for easy launch and forgiveness. It includes 11 clubs, which is two fewer than the original. The design prioritizes speed and distance for beginners. You get a complete set but with a different feel and brand technology. Select this if you want a beginner-friendly option that emphasizes lightweight forgiveness over the specific +1 inch length of the original.
Callaway REVA 26 11-Piece Set
The Callaway REVA 26 11-Piece Set is another lightweight alternative at 10 pounds. It contains 11 clubs, which is two fewer than the original 13-piece set. The clubs are standard length but suited for shorter players. This set is right-handed only. It offers a compact solution for those who do not need every club type. The color is black, differing from the blue and red of the original. Choose this if you want a lighter, more manageable set for shorter stature without the extra clubs of the full XR package.
Callaway 2023 XR 13-Piece Set
The standard Callaway 2023 XR 13-Piece Set uses steel shafts instead of graphite. It weighs 15 pounds, matching the +1 inch version. This set includes the same 13 clubs for full course coverage. The clubs are regular length, lacking the extra distance from the +1 inch extension. It is ideal for beginners seeking durability and a traditional feel. You get the same color and model number minus the length adjustment. Pick this if you prefer steel shafts and standard length over the added distance and lighter weight of the +1 inch alternative.
