Looking Beyond the PGM 7 Pcs Women Golf Club Set? 6 Alternatives Worth a Look

How alternatives differ from PGM

Callaway Strata Intro 9-Piece Set

The Callaway Strata Intro offers nine clubs, significantly more than the PGM’s four-club setup. It targets men with regular-size shafts and includes a hybrid for easier long-game shots. While the PGM uses graphite shafts for lightweight speed, this set provides a balanced mix for players prioritizing distance and forgiveness over minimalism. The silver finish and larger bag accommodate more clubs, making it better for full-course play. You should choose this if you need a complete set rather than a starter pack. The right-handed design and standard configuration suit adult male golfers seeking a practical, all-in-one solution for recreational rounds.

Golfgen PGA Tour Youth 10-Piece Set

Golfgen designs this set specifically for junior golfers aged eight to twelve. It includes ten clubs, offering more variety than the PGM’s four-club arrangement. The right-handed configuration and lightweight eight-pound build make it easy for younger players to swing. While the PGM targets adult women with optimized grip sizes, this set focuses on forgiveness and ease of swing for developing skills. The compact dimensions suit smaller frames. You should pick this option if you are buying for a child. It provides a complete package for beginners in this age group, ensuring proper club lengths and manageable weight for consistent practice and play on the course.

Precise M5 Men's Tall +1" Complete Set

The Precise M5 set is built for tall men needing extra length. It features a +1-inch size adjustment, unlike the standard women’s fit of the PGM. This fourteen-piece package includes a titanium driver and graphite shafts, offering a comprehensive solution for taller players. The red color and right-handed design cater to adult male golfers. While the PGM emphasizes lightweight forgiveness for women, this set prioritizes length and stability for taller frames. You should choose this if you require additional club length. The complete set covers all distances, making it suitable for players who need a full bag without custom fitting.

PGM 12-Piece Men's Golf Set Black

PGM offers this twelve-piece men’s set with graphite shafts, providing more clubs than the four-club women’s version. It targets men beginners who want graphite for easier launch. The regular-size shafts and black finish suit adult male golfers. While the PGM women’s set uses a titanium driver and lightweight design for women, this men’s version focuses on portability via a stand bag. The larger club count allows for more specialized shots. You should select this if you are a male beginner seeking a full set. It offers a practical entry point with graphite technology for improved distance and control.

XDriveMax 15-Piece Left Handed Set

XDriveMax provides a fifteen-piece left-handed set, contrasting with the PGM’s right-handed women’s configuration. It uses steel shafts and forged titanium components for stability. The black finish and left-handed design cater to male golfers who prefer steel. While the PGM uses graphite for lightweight speed, this set emphasizes durability and control through steel construction. The comprehensive club count covers all distances. You should choose this if you are left-handed and prefer steel shafts. It offers a complete, stable package without needing custom adjustments, suitable for players wanting a traditional feel and full coverage.

PGF Lady Concord 15-Piece Set

The PGF Lady Concord set includes fifteen pieces, far more than the PGM’s four clubs. It targets women with a pink finish and right-handed design. The titanium driver and regular-size shafts suit adult female golfers seeking a full set. While the PGM focuses on a minimal, lightweight setup, this option provides comprehensive coverage for all shot types. The higher club count allows for specialized play. You should pick this if you want a complete women’s set rather than a starter pack. It offers a high club count with standard lengths, ideal for women who need a full bag for regular course play.
